The foundation still holds.
It is what was built on it.

Your content, your addresses, your search rankings and your customers are all still there. What no longer works is what was built on top of them ten years ago.

01 — The symptom

What it actually
costs you

An old site does not break. It leaks. Here is what I find most often, and what it changes for you.

The page was never built for phones Visitors get the desktop page shrunk to fit and have to pinch to read your rates. Most of your visitors are on a phone.

The browser says “Not secure” The site is still on http. Chrome and Safari flag it in the address bar, before your page even appears.

The phone number cannot be tapped On a phone it has to be copied out by hand. That is where a lot of people give up.

No visitor data at all Google switched Universal Analytics off in July 2023. Many sites have recorded nothing since — so there is no way to tell what works.

The address no longer loads at all Of the 1,070 sites I checked, 244 were offline while directories still listed the address. The clicks keep coming; they land nowhere.

02 — The method

Four steps, nothing else

No drawn-out discovery phase. You know from the start what happens, when, and what it costs.

STEP 01

Site check

I look at your site the way any visitor does and send you the list of what is wrong. Free, no obligation, and the document is yours to keep.

STEP 02

Full inventory

I copy the whole existing site and record every address, every tracking tag, every form. Nothing is lost because nothing is overlooked.

STEP 03

Rebuild

Same content, same pages, rebuilt phone-first. You sign it off on a staging address before anything goes live.

STEP 04

Launch and watch

Redirects in place, launch on a Tuesday morning, then seven days of monitoring and a before/after report with real numbers.

03 — The commitment

What you do not lose

This is the one mistake a client never forgives: rebuild the site and vanish from Google. All of the following is included every time, at no extra cost, without anyone having to ask.

Every redirect from your old addresses Each old page points to its replacement. That is what preserves your position in search results.

Your analytics and ad pixels Analytics, Google Ads, Meta: all recorded on the old site and reinstated on the new one.

A complete copy of the old site Archived and handed to you. If anything turns out to be missing, we find it.

Your accounts, in your name Domain, hosting, analytics: all of it stays yours. You can walk away and work with someone else tomorrow.

A measured before / after Speed, mobile rendering, rankings. Seven days after launch you get the numbers.

05 — Pricing

The price is on the page

Fixed prices in US dollars. CAD and GBP quoted on request. You know before you call whether this is in your budget. 50% to start, 50% on handover.

And after that?

A site left alone is dated again within two years. Care starts on launch day: hosting, backups, updates, uptime monitoring and content changes — $99 to $390 a month depending on the time included. You can decline: in that case I hand everything over and you run it yourself.

06 — About us

Andrii

Pierrafort is a family business: I work with my son, from the French Riviera. No agency, no salespeople — the person who replies to you is the person who does the work. Yes, that means a supplier in another country: I invoice in your currency and I keep to your hours.

I started by methodically checking more than a thousand small business sites in France, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, to find out what actually breaks. The answer fits in a sentence: almost never the design — almost always the phone, the security warning and the forms.

I do not take every project. If your site is working properly I will tell you so, and it will have cost you nothing.

07 — Free site check

I check your site
and tell you what is wrong

You get a one-page document: what is wrong, what it costs you, and what should be done about it. Free, no obligation, and it is yours — including to show to somebody else.

Tell me your name, so I know who I am replying to.

I need a working email address to send the check to.

Without your website address there is nothing for me to check.

Your details are used only to reply to you about your website, and are kept for twelve months at most. They are never sold, shared or used for anything else. You can ask to see or delete them at any time: andrii@pierrafort.com.
